About Me

I’m Anthony Dana and I always strive to help others. I take pride in helping people reach their goals through healthy routes of proper training and exercise. As a pro natural bodybuilder I excel in various training methods and nutrition manipulation. Fitness should compliment your life, not run it. In a world where there’s always the new “fad” lifestyle change that guarantees “real results”, I love working and showing people that its not that complicated. You don’t need to change your life to be happy with the way you look. Being that I’m a very meticulous person by nature I take extreme care and attention to individuals, your goals and making everything work within your schedule.
 
As for prep clients I would rather be over prepared than a day behind. There’s the way some people do things, then there’s the healthy way of doing things. Not only will the goal be to get you stage ready, but it will be to do so in the most healthy way as possible by closely monitoring every detail.
